* RESERVATION INSURED BY CB - the following costs apply in the case of cancellation: - Cancellation up to 48 hrs before the date of arrival: no penalty. - Cancellation less than 48 hrs: the amount of one night per room booked shall be debited. - In the case of non arrival: the full amount of the booking shall be debited as a penalty.
* RESERVATION INSURED WITH PAYMENT TO THE CENTRAL OFFICES - the following costs apply in the case of cancellation: - Cancellation more than 30 days before the beginning of the holiday: 10 % of the holiday price shall be retained. - Cancellation between the 30th and 21st day included before the beginning of the holiday: 25 % of the holiday price shall be retained. - Cancellation between the 20th and 8th day included before the beginning of the holiday: 50 % of the holiday price shall be retained. - Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day included before the beginning of the holiday: 75 % of the holiday price shall be retained. - Cancellation less than 2 days before the beginning of the holiday: 90 % of the holiday price shall be retained. - In the case of the non-arrival of the client, no reimbursement shall be made.
