Close to Strasbourg, the restaurant-hotel A L’ETOILE*** (Logis 3 fireplaces) welcomes you to Mittelhausen for an Epicurean weekend in Pays de la Zorn.
During your stay, you will discover the world of hops - the Green Gold that keeps this authentic, preserved heart of Alsace well and truly alive!
In this enchanting setting between vineyards and orchards, you will explore the Hop Trail with its sturdy hop vines reaching up to the sky.
And you will, of course, visit the artisan brewery of Uberach to learn all about the process and different stages in making beer. Then your gourmet palate will be delighted by the local speciality dishes concocted by the Chef at the two evening meals.
